Hey party people I'm Alicia Ramos, a mother, wife, friend, and your go-to for event décor in Abilene, TX. What began as a DIY balloon garland for my sister’s graduation has grown into what Party Creations is today — proudly serving Abilene, the Big Country, and surrounding areas since 2022.
